The furnace (high level kiln)

 A. Earth kiln

 Characteristics: large volume and output, 2 to 2.5 tons per kiln. Area: about 14square meter.

 Disadvantages: cool in the kiln and reduce the using frequency of kiln

 B. Machine kiln

 Features:

1) Output: 1 ton.

 2) Short processing cycle, the hypoxia cooling outside of kiln

 3) Land Area: 10square meter, including the cooling zone

 4) Automatic control, unified flue gas treatment, tar extraction, environmental protection and safety.

D.Machine-made Charcoal Power Equipment (Power and Gas Project)

FUSHENG machine-made charcoal equipment has advanced technology in drying and rods making. The producing machine-made charcoal has the feature of high density, low water and ash content. It could extract flammable gas from fast warming and burning up carbonization process for gas and electricity supply.

 The FUSHENG machine-made charcoal equipment produces 1 ton charcoal which could extract gas for 300kw/h electricity, and does not affect the quantity and quality of charcoal.

 This project will not only fill the biomass carbon gas supply and power generation industries, but also get the attention and support of from the national government. It is an important direction for the development of the human world electricity supply pattern.

 At present, FUSHENG high-rise carbonization furnace power generation project have to build in Jiande city, Zhejiang Province. In the next few years, the company plans to establish a carbon power generation plants in the each province at least.
